At Progressive Productions, sustainability is a core value both on a personal level and as a company. We believe that in today’s world, everyone—including us as a production company—has a responsibility to address sustainability challenges. Our goal is to make decisions that actively contribute to environmental, social, and economic sustainability, ensuring a more responsible and forward-thinking approach in all aspects of our work.

I. Environmental Sustainability Policy

In today’s world, environmental sustainability is not just a choice—it’s a responsibility. At Progressive Productions, we prioritize environmental protection across all aspects of our operations. Our key sustainability practices include:

Recycling as much waste material as possible.
Going paperless—all contracts, invoices, and documents are exclusively digital. No printouts.
Eliminating disposable plastic—we never use plastic cups in our office or on set.
Encouraging eco-friendly commuting—our team uses public transport or bicycles whenever possible.
Using energy-efficient lighting—our office is equipped exclusively with LED lights.
Reducing food waste—leftover food from shoots is donated to homeless shelters and those in need.
Repurposing outdated equipment—instead of discarding old technical gear, we donate it to organizations that can make use of it.
Responsible sourcing—we prioritize purchasing local materials and supporting ethical, sustainable brands.
Promoting green productions—for every project, we offer our clients the option of a “green production” service to further minimize the ecological footprint of our shoots.

By integrating these practices into our daily operations, we strive to make a tangible difference in reducing our environmental impact.

In the end, corruption affects everyone, which is why we consider economic sustainability a critical aspect of responsible development.

Corruption manifests in countless ways, from bribery at state and local levels to the violation of labor laws and various forms of tax evasion. Progressive Productions is proud to have maintained the highest "reliable taxpayer" rating for many years. Over time, we have identified areas in both Austria and Hungary where legal loopholes are frequently exploited by subcontractors, and we take active measures to prevent such practices.

Our key anti-corruption policies include:

No cash transactions—every financial transaction is fully documented.
Written agreements—all proposed prices and conditions are documented and emailed to ensure transparency.
Comprehensive contracts—whether employing staff long-term or hiring freelancers, all work relationships are fully and legally documented.
Fair employment practices—crew members are employed in compliance with trade union or collective contract regulations, ensuring that all required contributions (such as pensions and health insurance) are paid.
Strict subcontractor screening—we do not work with companies that have a history of tax evasion or fraud, and we conduct thorough background checks before signing any contracts.
Zero tolerance for corruption—we uphold a strict anti-corruption policy within our company and among our subcontractors, continuously promoting ethical behavior among our suppliers and crew.
