Over this two day production we helped capture numerous library photos for one of the biggest companies in the whole world: Fedex. The photos were made for a central database so that FedEx offices all over the world could use them anytime in their advertising material.

Finding the right locations for this project was an exciting new type of task for us, as FedEx wasn’t just looking for locations from an artistic aspect, but also wanted to show Hungarian small businesses that not only look nice but also fit the profile of a real-life FedEx customer.

Casting also played a huge part in the project, which was Progressive Productions’ casting department’s first completely in-house casting. It exceeded every expectation and received very positive feedback from our client. We organized several rounds of castings in order to perfectly satisfy the client’s needs and find the best real people for the roles. In the end, we cast 24 actors.

These beautiful photos were made in documentary style, where the brand signs are almost hidden, which serves the concept of portraying Fedex and its services in realistic, life-like situations.

The amazing Doug Menuez’s iconic documentary style photography perfectly matched the advertising concept. It was an absolute honor to work with such a legendary photographer who recorded memorable events in the life of companies like Apple, Microsoft, Adobe and made portraits of people like Steve Jobs.
The team of Fedex travels the world every year to capture images for this photo library, and we are very proud that we could be a part of their journey.
